We were getting relocated from Florida and were here for only 4 days to
find a rental. On our last day we were put in touch with Susan, and as
you can imagine we were pretty stressed, as we really hadn't found what
we wanted, and were thinking we would have to just take whatever was
available.
She showed us a few houses, and the last one was a
keeper. She was calm and professional, and was able to lower our stress
level and help keep us focused on the task at hand. We loved the house
